Abyntek and Cocoon Bioscience sign a strategic agreement to promote biotechnology from the Basque Country Technology Park

The biotechnology company Abyntek Biopharma has signed a distribution agreement with Cocoon Bioscience, a company specialising in the production of recombinant proteins using chrysalises as natural bioreactors.

This strategic alliance aims to strengthen the local biotechnology ecosystem and facilitate access to innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of health.

Both companies, based at the Zamudio/Derio Campus of the Basque Country Technology Park, share a common vision based on innovation, sustainability and technological development. The collaboration will enable Abyntek to expand its portfolio of advanced scientific solutions by integrating the CrisBio® technology developed by Cocoon Bioscience, which represents a revolutionary alternative in the production of recombinant proteins.
