Forbes highlights several key aspects of its HR strategy, such as promoting well-being, work-life balance and training for its professionals

5 June 2025. Ayesa, a technology and engineering services provider, has consolidated its position among the best companies to work for in Spain. This is confirmed by the latest ranking published by Forbes magazine, compiled with the help of an exclusive Sigma Dos survey that took into account the opinions of employees from more than 2,000 companies with over 250 staff members.

The plan implemented to maximise the satisfaction of the company’s professionals has thus been endorsed by one of the most important studies in the business world, which, since 2020, has continuously included Ayesa among the 50 best companies in which to develop a professional career, in a list that has now been expanded to include 100 recognised companies.

In its assessment, this report, which highlights best practices in human resources, has focused on some of the main strategic areas of the company’s People department: promoting emotional, physical and economic well-being; defending diversity and integration, committing to a culture of inclusion and equal opportunities in an optimal working environment; and promoting work-life balance.

On this last point, the SmartJob intelligent working model stands out, based on multi-location, flexibility, the use of collaborative tools and the digitalisation of the workplace.

Ayesa employees have also given high marks to the training opportunities in multiple disciplines. They highlight the Junior University as one of the most attractive corporate scholarship and internship initiatives, and the Graduate Worldwide programme, which focuses on the development of professionals with international experience. This programme allows participants to develop professionally in top global projects, both in engineering and technology, learning from leading professionals in the sector and participating in development programmes focused on their needs.
