Ayesa Digital has been approved for various European Commission Framework Agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, a strategic step that consolidates its ability to compete within the European institutional ecosystem. This presence marks the start of a phase of strong international expansion and enables the company to participate in tenders with a potential contract volume exceeding €2.5 billion.
In recent months, it has joined two framework agreements with the Directorate-General for Digital Services. The first of these, valued at €290.37 million, covers the provision of services encompassing the development, maintenance, migration, support and operation of information systems in any environment — on-premises or public, private or hybrid cloud — and across any business sector. It also includes the analysis and design of information systems, whether new or existing, as well as their development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation support.
The second contract, worth €243.3 million, covers areas such as legal and regulatory advice for the digital age, the assessment of market standards and best practices, forward-looking and strategic analysis, digital governance, artificial intelligence, data, implementation and innovation.
In addition, it has entered into a multi-framework agreement with Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, for the provision of services relating to the design, implementation, management, operation and support of information systems, including key areas such as enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and ICT governance. This contract, worth €186.5 million, positions Ayesa Digital at the technological heart of one of the European agencies with the highest budget growth, reinforcing its profile as a leading partner for European institutions in highly complex and secure digital projects.
Dynamic Procurement Systems
Furthermore, Ayesa Digital has formalised its participation in two of the main Dynamic Procurement Systems within the European technology ecosystem. One, focused on the procurement of specialised ICT services, has an estimated value of €1.2 billion; the other, which includes application development and maintenance services, is worth €600 million and will enable the company to compete for projects linked to critical information systems at European level.
These accreditations give Ayesa Digital access to a potential market of over €2.5 billion in contracts and demonstrate its ability to bid for high-value tenders in digital transformation, software development and systems operation within EU institutions and agencies.
