Ayesa, once again, ranked number one among the best IT service providers in Spain
It breaks all records and achieves an overall customer satisfaction score of 89 points for the first time, three points above the highest score ever achieved by any other provider.
Ayesa consolidates its position as the best technology services provider in recent years in the Spanish market. The prestigious “Study on IT Services Sourcing”, with opinions provided by more than 300 clients from the public and private sectors, once again places it at the top of its ranking.
Ayesa has always remained at the top of the rankings, leading 8 of the 12 editions. This year, it has gone one step further, achieving an overall satisfaction score of 89 points, the highest score recorded by any provider in previous years, and placing it in the “Top 5” for all types of services analysed.
The study, which included an analysis of the 34 main providers of IT services in Spain (more are analysed, but those with fewer than eight contract evaluations are not included), ranks Ayesa as the undisputed leader in areas such as “Service Delivery” ‘in terms of timeliness, quality and technical knowledge’; and “Account Management”, ‘highlighting its quality and competent teams’. It also ranks first in Security Services and Network and Connectivity Services.
