BCBL researcher James Magnuson joins the world’s scientific elite
James Magnuson, researcher and head of the computational neuroscience group at the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language (BCBL), a centre located on the Donostia-San Sebastián Campus of the Euskadi Technology Parks, has joined the world’s scientific elite. Magnuson is one of the honorary members selected by the prestigious American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in its annual ranking.
The researcher is currently leading the computational neuroscience group at BCBL for the study of cognition, the brain and language, and has been nominated for his “efforts, leadership and scientific and social contributions” linked to the study of language and especially to the connections between speech perception and its cerebral bases.
