Euskadi Technology Park, committed to sustainability
Euskadi Technology Park has received support from the Next Generation Funds from the EVE (Basque Energy Agency) for the installation of photovoltaic plants in different buildings on the Zamudio/Derio Campus.
Euskadi Technology Park, as set out in one of the strategic lines of its Strategic Plan 2021-2024, is moving towards a sustainable model in its facilities in order to achieve energy self-sufficiency by 2035.
To this end, in 2022, work began on the implementation of a series of photovoltaic installations in several buildings. In the case of the Zamudio/Derio Campus, buildings 103, 407 and 612 have had the support of the Next Generation Funds from the EVE (Basque Energy Agency), which are now in operation, making self-consumption a reality”.
