EUSKALIT PROVIDES BASQUE ORGANISATIONS WITH THE TOOLS TO IMPROVE THEIR COMPETITIVENESS
Every year 300 companies and organisations take part in KnowInn courses to implement management methodologies
These companies work on all areas of Advanced Management, from Strategy to Results, as well as Customers, People, Innovation and Society
Since 2009, more than 15,000 people have improved their management skills through these projects
Between September and December 2024 EUSKALIT is going to offer around 20 courses of the KnowInn programme of transformation through training and project implementation. These courses will begin between 11 September and 29 October, and are grouped around the main elements of the Advanced Management Model, i.e. Strategy, Customers, People, Society and the Environment, Innovation and Results.
The greatest advantage that KnowInn offers is the accompaniment by the expert teaching staff and the personalised support for each organisation to carry out a pilot project. We have more than 60 certified professionals to help improve the management of organisations and increase their competitiveness. Training customers rated the KnowInn 2023 courses with 8.95 out of 10.
The offer includes training courses that cover the subjects in depth and have a duration of between 2 weeks and 3 months. The courses can be carried out in classroom format (in the three Basque provinces), online and also in-company. These courses and projects can be carried out in both Spanish and Basque.
