This competition is specifically designed for beginners who want to get started in the world of CrossFit, with accessible, safe tests designed so that anyone who wants to improve can participate. The goal is for you to experience a competitive WOD without needing to be at an advanced level. If you are more advanced in the world of CrossFit, you can sign up for our other advanced tournament, which is listed in the activity description. It will take place on Saturday, February 14, in the morning.
