Aware of the significant social impact of AI, the company advocates for outreach initiatives that promote responsible, critical, and ethical use of these emerging technologies.

As part of its 30th anniversary celebrations, Sarenet, a voice, data and hosting services operator specialising in businesses, reaffirms its commitment to innovation, cybersecurity and supporting SMEs through a powerful investment strategy in artificial intelligence (AI) and an ambitious R&D&I plan. The company, which serves more than 4,500 customers, has developed cutting-edge AI-based projects and is finalising the launch of a new data centre in Derio, the result of a 20 million investment.

Projects that apply AI with a practical and human approach

Although AI is already an operational reality at Sarenet, the company remains very aware of its social impact and advocates for outreach initiatives that promote the responsible, critical and ethical use of these emerging technologies. For Kepa Unzilla, Sarenet’s business development director, ‘artificial intelligence does not replace our services; it reinforces them. Innovation is not a promise: it is a sustained investment with tangible results that improve the technological life of companies’.
