Sarenet honoured for its secure, local cloud model

Sarenet has been recognised by the specialist magazine Byte TI with the award in the category ‘Best Data Centre Development’ in its annual awards for the best IT products and services of 2025.
This award is a boost for Sarenet’s strategy, which has made its data centre infrastructure one of its main differentiating factors. The company, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, already operates eight data centres in Spain and will open a ninth in the coming months, in which it has invested €20 million.
‘This recognition highlights our commitment to offering SMEs a first-class infrastructure that is secure, flexible and ready for the challenges of the future, from artificial intelligence to the most demanding hybrid environments,’ said Jon Arberas, CEO of Sarenet.
The award recognises Sarenet’s vision of offering a different way of understanding the cloud. The company is committed to its own data centres, which guarantee the highest levels of security, availability and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Sarenet provides a comprehensive approach, acting as a telecommunications operator with the soul of an integrator. This allows it to provide complete solutions that include high-quality connectivity, guaranteed access to hosted data and cybersecurity services at all levels.
The company also uses cutting-edge technologies, such as OpenStack and Kubernetes, which enable it to successfully tackle the challenges of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT) and increasingly complex hybrid environments.
Finally, Sarenet stands out for its expert and approachable team, which works without intermediaries and accompanies companies throughout the process, offering a personalised and reliable service.
