The deadline for submitting proposals is 22 September. The selected experiences will form part of the official programme for Global Innovation Day 2025 as outstanding examples of how science translates into innovation in the Basque Country

The Basque Innovation Agency, Innobasque, has once again opened the call for practical cases of innovation developed in the Basque Country to form part of Global Innovation Day, the leading event for the dissemination and positioning of the Basque Country as a region of high innovation.

This forum, which brings together companies and key players in the Basque ecosystem every year, will hold its fourteenth edition on 5 November in Donostia / San Sebastián. On this occasion, under the slogan ‘From science to innovation’, the focus will be on how science, by generating new knowledge, becomes a driver of innovations with a tangible impact.

To this end, the call for case studies for this fourteenth edition aims to identify real experiences that clearly and verifiably demonstrate the connection between scientific and technological knowledge and its practical application, whether in the form of a product, service, process or organisational model that has generated value.

The selected proposals will be featured at Global Innovation Day 2025, forming part of the official programme of the event as inspiring cases that exemplify the link between science and innovation in the Basque Country.

Interested organisations may submit one or more proposals. To do so, they must download the form available on the website of the Basque Innovation Agency, Innobasque.
