The Financial Times ranks Ayesa among the best companies to work for in Europe

This new recognition confirms the satisfaction of the company’s professionals when it comes to developing their careers within it.
Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, has been ranked among the thousand best European companies to work for, according to the latest ranking compiled by the Financial Times and Statista. Just a few days after being chosen once again by Forbes magazine as one of the best companies to work for in Spain, this new milestone at the continental level consolidates Ayesa as one of the organisations preferred by employees for developing their professional careers.
It is the employees of each company themselves who, through their evaluations, directly award points to the companies to place them on both lists. They evaluate aspects such as the working environment, working conditions, organisational culture and willingness to recommend their company. In this case, the Financial Times and Statista collected information from more than 100,000 professionals from 2,500 companies in 17 European countries and 26 different sectors.
Well-being, work-life balance and training
The Financial Times ranking endorses the plan implemented by Ayesa to maximise the satisfaction of the company’s professionals who, as its People Director, Javier Alfaro, assures, ‘are our main asset, those who increase the added value of our services and make us stand out from the competition’.
That is why Alfaro places at the heart of his HR strategy ‘the promotion of their emotional, physical and economic wellbeing; the defence of diversity and integration, committing to a culture of inclusion and equal opportunities in an optimal working environment; and the promotion of work-life balance’. On this last point, he highlights the SmartJob intelligent working model, based on multi-location, flexibility, the use of collaborative tools and the digitalisation of the workplace.
Ayesa employees have also given high marks to the training opportunities in multiple disciplines. They highlight the Junior University as one of the most attractive corporate scholarship and internship initiatives, and the Graduate Worldwide programme, which focuses on the development of professionals with international experience. This programme allows participants to develop professionally in top global projects, both in engineering and technology, learning from leading professionals in the sector and participating in development programmes focused on their needs.
