The Spanish Iberoamerican Congress of Powder Metallurgy CEIMP 2023 returns

CEIT and TECNALIA resume the organisation of one of the most eagerly awaited events for the entire national and Ibero-American powder metallurgy community

The VIII National Congress of Powder Metallurgy (III Ibero-American Congress) CEIPM2023 will be held at the Gipuzkoa Technology and Science Park in Donostia-San Sebastian on 29, 30 and 31 May 2023.

After the break imposed by the health crisis resulting from the COVID19 pandemic, a new edition of one of the most important events for the entire powder metallurgy community is back.

This new edition, organised by CEIT and TECNALIA, aims to be a forum for technical and scientific discussion designed for the exchange of ideas and experiences between academia and industry, where we will learn about the latest innovations and market trends.

The Organising Committee states that “CEIPM2023 wants to show its commitment to the tradition of previous editions of the congress, since its inception in 2006, and which are recognised as a forum for technical and scientific discussion for the national powder metallurgy community and, since 2017, also for the Ibero-American community”.

Leading experts will attend a Congress that will include everything from the basic aspects of materials science to the latest achievements in manufacturing technologies, industrial applications and their integration into the circular economy.

CEIPM2023 will focus on key thematic areas such as powder manufacturing, additive manufacturing, other powder metal processing techniques, lightweight materials, functional materials, hard and ultra-hard materials, structural powder metal parts, characterisation techniques, modelling, applications, …..

In short, an ideal platform to promote networking and knowledge exchange between members of the powder metallurgy and advanced manufacturing community.
