Growth oriented towards a higher specialization, supported on the RIS3 strategy of the Basque Government, and promoted by the collaboration between companies and campuses.

Evolution of the existent infrastructure, and creation of new ones, towards a Smart/digital and sustainable model that positions itself as a reference point in innovation.
