The company expects to grow by 25% in AI projects annually

It is implementing an investment plan to certify consultants in the new solutions that technology manufacturers are launching on the market and which are revolutionising business operations

Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, is rolling out an investment plan to strengthen its position with AI agent technologies from all its global partners.

The company believes that this technology is set to transform the way businesses operate and make decisions. An AI agent is an intelligent system that perceives its environment, processes information and acts autonomously or with assistance to achieve defined objectives. It can interact with other systems, adapt to the context and collaborate with people, making it a key tool in advanced automation.

Ayesa forecasts annual growth of 25% in AI projects and is therefore strengthening its talent and technological alliances, which includes intensive certification of its consultants in the latest solutions launched on the market by its partners.

It is doing so in partnership with leading global technology manufacturers, including Google Cloud, Salesforce, AWS, Azure and SAP. This collaborative approach allows Ayesa to anticipate advances and apply the most innovative and effective solutions to its projects.

The firm thus seeks to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) agents in strategic sectors such as finance, travel and services, and utilities.

It has already created automated conversation channels for leading Spanish companies, enabling more efficient interaction with millions of customers, as in the case of the work carried out for BBVA, Abanca, Mutua Madrileña, Meliá and Mapfre. Also noteworthy is the implementation of AI agents in energy and utility companies, where Ayesa is a benchmark, as demonstrated by the cases of agents for Iberdrola and Enel, aimed at automating complex internal processes and improving productivity.

With regard to Google technology, it has positioned itself as a national leader in the field of AI & Data and maintains its status as a Google Cloud Premier Partner strategic alliance. It has numerous success stories and more than 60 professional certifications among its team of engineers, working with the Google Agentspace solution.

As part of this strategy to become a leader in the field of AI agent development, Ayesa has also strengthened its position in Salesforce with its Agentforce solution, a technology

in which the company already has 150 certified consultants and which it is implementing in both public administrations and multiple sectors of the private sector.

Finally, with regard to SAP, the company maintains a strategic alliance aimed at incorporating AI capabilities into business management systems. Ayesa has certified a significant number of experts in specific SAP Business AI tools, applying these solutions in the design of agents that assist in financial, logistics and HR tasks.

‘The cross-cutting capabilities developed with the various manufacturers are allowing us to offer our clients the development of platforms that combine agents with the different technologies available, enabling the use of the best one for each case and avoiding technological dependencies,’ highlights Jaime Ruiz, Director of Enterprise Platforms at Ayesa.

‘The emergence of intelligent agents in regulated sectors is marking a turning point. We are no longer talking only about efficiency or automation, but about collaboration between humans and systems capable of reasoning, learning and acting in real time. And we are making this possible thanks to the combination of talent, technology and strategic vision,’ says Marian Aradillas, Head of AI at Ayesa.
