Basque Technology Parks renew collaboration with Advanced Factories

Advanced Factories, the benchmark technology event in southern Europe for professionals from the industrial sector, will be held from 18 to 20 April 2023 at the Fira – Barcelona exhibition centre.
More than 500 exhibiting companies will present innovations and the latest solutions related to industrial automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, machine vision and all the technologies related to Industry 4.0 such as Artificial Intelligence, the digital twin, data analytics, IoT, cloud and cybersecurity, among others.

Industry Startup Forum, competition for the most innovative startups

For yet another year, Advanced Factories will once again bring together the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the startups with the most innovative solutions for the industrial sector at the Industry Startup Forum. At a time when the sector must move towards a more competitive and sustainable industry, collaboration between industrial companies and startups is key to driving innovation in the sector. That is why the Industry Startup Forum has opened the call for the most innovative startups to present their projects and disruptive solutions to the main leading companies in the sector, potential partners and specialised investors.

The selected startups will be able to make a pitch and present their project in this space, as well as taking advantage of the three days of Advanced Factories to connect with the industrial ecosystem and find partners to develop their project.

From Parques Tecnológicos de Euskadi, Inovako has been selected among the 10 finalists of this edition to present its innovative project in the Industry Startup Forum pitch. Inovako is an artificial intelligence and computational vision startup located in Parques Tecnológicos de Euskadi, in its Vitoria Campus.

Advanced Machine Tools: the new benchmark event for the machine-tool sector

As a novelty of this seventh edition of Advanced Factories, we will see the birth of a new fair dedicated to the metal industry and to machine tool manufacturers and distributors: Advanced Machine Tools, which will be held every two years in odd-numbered years, and will be the meeting place for all professionals linked to the metal sector, in search of advanced and intelligent high-precision machine tools.
