Within the framework of the Sustainability, Mobility and Universal Accessibility Plan (PSMAU) of the Basque Country Technology Park, we continue to promote spaces for working together with companies towards more efficient, accessible and sustainable mobility across our Campuses.

In this context, the new Sustainable Mobility Law —Law 9/2025 of 3 December— will have a direct impact on many organisations within the Parke, introducing new obligations as well as opportunities to move forward collectively in managing commuting and improving people’s day-to-day lives.

Among other aspects, the regulation requires that, before the end of 2026, workplaces with more than 200 employees —or more than 100 per shift— must have their own Workplace Sustainable Mobility Plan in place, representing a significant change in the management of work-related mobility.

Through this session, we aim to create a practical and accessible space to understand the scope of this law and who it affects, as well as to gather needs, questions and proposals. The objective is to continue building, together with all companies, solutions tailored to the reality of the Campuses and to move forward in a coordinated manner towards a more sustainable mobility model.
