“Planning tips for your weekly menu”
A practical workshop to learn how to plan your week’s lunches and dinners in a simple, tasty and healthy way. We’ll look at how to plan a balanced menu, shop smartly and use batch cooking to cook in less time and have meals ready for the whole week.
Led by Toscana Viar, nutritionist for the Spanish national football team.
At the end of the masterclass, there will be healthy refreshments for those attending in person.
In addition, a real-life example will be provided in PDF format, featuring a full week’s meal plan and a video guide to batch cooking, so you can put it into practice from day one.
