Hispasat outsources all payroll and personnel management to Ayesa to improve its operations

It focuses on talent development, career plans and training, aligning its people strategy with the company’s objectives
Hispasat, S.A., Spain’s leading satellite communications operator and a bridge between Europe and America as a provider of broadband and connectivity services, has entrusted Ayesa with the outsourcing of its payroll and personnel administration services, thereby strengthening a relationship that began more than a decade ago and has evolved in line with regulatory, technological and organisational changes.
The collaboration between the two companies dates back to 2011, when Ayesa implemented its Iberper labour management solution at Hispasat, developed in-house and adapted to the specific needs of the company. Since then, Ayesa has continuously provided functional support, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services, ensuring the adaptation of the platform to the different work scenarios and requirements of the organisation.
In 2022, as part of a strategy aimed at optimising resources and improving operational efficiency, Hispasat decided to completely outsource the management of its payroll and personnel administration processes, entrusting this key function to Ayesa as a specialised provider.

Direct access to key information. The Iberper system, developed and operated by Ayesa, allows Hispasat’s Human Resources team to consult the necessary data on employees, remuneration, records and absenteeism at any time, without depending on third parties or losing operational autonomy.
Strategic focus of the HR department. By freeing its internal team from operational tasks, Hispasat has been able to focus its efforts on higher value-added activities such as talent development, career plans and training, aligning its people strategy with the company’s objectives.
Functional and regulatory security. The support and outsourcing model offered by Ayesa guarantees continuous updating in the event of legal changes or technical improvements, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
