Teresa Madariaga, President of Ingeteam, the company Ormazabal and Sofía Goitia AED Awards 2023

The Association of Businesswomen and Women Managers of Bizkaia (AED) has awarded its 2023 Business Awards to the president of Ingeteam, Teresa Madariaga, to Ormazabal, a company of the Velatia Group, both companies based at the Zamudio/Derio Campus of the Euskadi Technology Park, and to the CEO of Sophie et Voilà, Saioa Goitia.

AED has presented its annual awards, which aim to recognise the work and careers of businesswomen, managers, companies, institutions or entities that stand out for their work in incorporating women into the business fabric of Bizkaia.

The Association, as a social benchmark in the promotion of businesswomen, managers and professionals, and in its aim to promote, strengthen and raise the profile of the association itself and the women and companies in Bizkaia that it represents, awards prizes to the candidature that accredits a successful professional career, for the working life developed, for the drive and sustainability in their company or for any other factor that serves as an example of good practice within the company.

The president of Ingeteam, Teresa Madariaga, and the company Ormazabal, both based at the Zamudio/Derio Campus of the Euskadi Technology Park, together with the CEO of Sophie et Voilà, Saioa Goitia, meet the requirements, in the opinion of this year’s jury, which has made them worthy of this award.
