The Basque Country Technology Park highlights female talent for 11F
At the Parque Tecnológico de Euskadi, February 11th marks the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, a key date to recognize the contribution of women to science and technology and to promote STEAM vocations among future generations.
Once again, committed to showcasing the female talent within its ecosystem, the Parque Tecnológico de Euskadi has launched the “Your experience inspires” campaign, highlighting the work of women scientists and technologists who contribute daily to knowledge, innovation and the future.
These women help break down stereotypes and build a science that is more diverse, inclusive and representative — a science that does not see gender as a barrier, but that thrives on diversity and real impact.
A space to showcase role models

On the occasion of 11F, from February 3 to 11, the Parque Tecnológico de Euskadi’s digital platforms —both its website and social media— will become spaces for visibility and recognition of women working in science and technology.
The aim is to showcase real professional journeys that inspire, open doors and help awaken scientific and technological vocations.
The website already hosts more than 242 profiles of women scientists and technologists. Each new profile adds value and impact, reinforcing a more equitable participation in the scientific and technological fields.
