Álava Technology Park’s services are highly ranked by its clients

Álava Technology Park has conducted its annual survey on the different services it provides for clients, with a view to discovering their level of satisfaction, gathering suggestions for improvement and continuing to enhance the quality of the facilities offered.

The Park’s services scored an overall 7.80 points out of 10 in the survey for 2011, half a point higher than the previous year’s score. User Assistance is the service most highly valued by the Park’s companies, with a score of 8.8, and within this area the telephone helpline received the highest marks, with 9 out of 10.

The Room Rentals service also scored highly, with 8.4 points, and as part of this area the state of repair and cleanliness of the rooms received the highest score, with 8.8.

As for Infrastructures, which scored 7.9 overall, the green areas, gardens and ponds and the suitability of the surrounding environment for the company were the facilities most highly valued in this section, with 8.3 points.

In the Innovation and Business Promotion area, which obtained an overall score of 7.6, the attention received by the innovation service staff and the technology conferences organised by the Park were given the highest marks, with 8.2 and 7.9 points respectively.

The General Services section was given a score of 7.1 points overall, and in this area Security and Surveillance was the most highly valued aspect, with 8.6.

Álava Technology Park carried out much improvement work in all areas throughout 2011, from optimising the air conditioning in the Exhibition Hall to installing two recharging stations for electric vehicles and a fleet of electric bicycles as part of the Mugituz project, or start-up of a free environmental guidance service for companies. This series of actions, responding to requirements the clients had put across to the Park, has clearly contributed to improving its image as an environment of excellence.
