Ayesa boosts the operational efficiency of multinational Stanley in Brazil thanks to SAP

The solution implemented by the global technology services provider automates processes related to inventory control and stock management
The contract marks a major step forward in Ayesa’s growth strategy in the country’s industrial sector, which until now has been more focused on utilities
Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, has been selected by the American thermal packaging multinational Stanley to develop systemic improvements in its business processes in Brazil. This contract represents a new strategic milestone for Ayesa, consolidating its growth in the country’s industrial sector.
Stanley is an iconic brand, renowned for the durability, quality and design of its products. With more than 110 years of experience, it has been present in Brazil since 2014 and it is here that it will carry out a strategic digital transformation project, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and continuous innovation.
The first phase of the project has been awarded to Ayesa, which will implement SAP S/4HANA business management software in the multinational company to automate traditionally manual processes, such as inventory control and stock management, among others. This will result in more agile and efficient operations and greater responsiveness in decision-making. The improvements implemented will have a direct impact on the production chain, which will translate into tangible progress in the quality of the final product and service offered to the customer.
Stanley chose Ayesa for its experience in the SAP environment and its track record in complex projects with large companies, such as Enel, with which it has worked for the last eight years in Brazil.
‘We are very pleased to have been selected by Stanley to lead this key phase of its technological transformation. This contract not only strengthens our presence in Brazil, but also marks a decisive step in our growth strategy in the country’s industrial sector, traditionally dominated by our activity in utilities,’ said Ayesa.
The shared expectation between both companies is that, following the success of this first phase, Ayesa will continue to collaborate with Stanley in the next stages of the project. This award is not only recognition of Ayesa’s technical capabilities and experience in SAP environments, but also a clear sign of its growing relevance in the digitalisation of industry in Brazil.
