About the Campus

Hernani Campus is the result of the first expansion of the Basque Country Technology Park in Gipuzkoa.

With a consolidated project aimed at providing innovative responses to industry in Gipuzkoa, the development of the Hernani Campus is linked to the construction of a new unique and eco-sustainable building. The new facilities will be ready by the end of 2026 and will be the headquarters of the Hernani Campus Technology Park. The building, which will bear the name of the pioneer of the circular economy, ‘Ellen MacArthur’, will offer 10,000 m2 that will be used for offices, laboratories or R&D centres, and will play an essential role as a ‘hub’ for ‘scale up’, as more than 2,300 m2 will be used to house business projects that have completed the incubation phase. With all this, the Basque Country Technology Park will maximise the attractiveness of this Campus for companies and strategic projects in the territory.
