Cegasa Energía presents “The Power of Europe” at Intersolar 2026
Cegasa Energía, a leader in energy storage and headquartered at the Vitoria-Gasteiz Campus of the Basque Country Technology Park, is presenting at Intersolar 2026 its commitment to Europe’s energy transition, highlighting its new E/Strem 52 solution and the commissioning of a manufacturing plant in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Cegasa Energía, a leading European company in energy storage solutions with over 90 years of experience, will be present at Intersolar 2026 (The Smarter E Europe, stand B1.409), the world’s leading trade fair for the solar and energy industry, to be held from 23 to 25 June in Munich, Germany.
Its participation for the tenth consecutive year reaffirms its ongoing commitment to the energy transition and to the development of the energy storage sector in Europe. This sustained trajectory consolidates Cegasa Energía as a robust European company, with the industrial and technological capacity to respond to the evolving demands of the energy market.
Under the slogan “The Power of Europe”, the company presents a new phase marked by industrial consolidation, European manufacturing, and the ability to respond in a context where energy storage has become a key element for integrating renewable energy, strengthening grid stability, and advancing towards greater energy independence. E/Strem 52: a new solution for Utility Scale projects
Among the key innovations that Cegasa Energía presents at Intersolar 2026 is E/Strem 52, its new solution designed for large-scale storage projects.
Designed for Utility Scale applications and large commercial and industrial projects, E/Strem 52 incorporates liquid cooling and has been developed to offer maximum versatility and reliability in standalone projects as well as hybrid configurations of up to 15 MWh.
With this launch, the company takes a further step in its evolution, positioning itself not only as a manufacturer but also as an integrator of comprehensive energy storage solutions, maintaining in Europe full control over system design, electronic integration, assembly, and technological validation.
