Encriptia becomes the first company in the Basque Country and the third in Spain to obtain the National Security Scheme with high category according to the new regulations

Encriptia, a company specialising in security services, has obtained the National Security Scheme (ENS) certification with high category in the areas of SOC, Security and Data Protection Services Consultancy and External Security Management, becoming the first company in the Basque Country to achieve this recognition under the new regulations. The director in the Basque Country of the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR), Mr. Gonzalo San Antonio, personally handed over the certificate to Encriptia during a special ceremony held at the company’s facilities on the Vitoria-Gasteiz Campus of the Euskadi Technology Park.

The National Security Scheme (ENS) is a set of technical and organisational measures and requirements aimed at guaranteeing information security in Public Administrations and in the organisations that maintain relations with them. Obtaining this certificate is a significant achievement for Encriptia, as it demonstrates its commitment and excellence in information security management and confirms its rigorous compliance with the requirements established in the ENS in the areas of SOC, Consultancy and External Security Management.

Mr. Gonzalo San Antonio, Director of AENOR in the Basque Country, highlighted the importance of this milestone for Encriptia: “Encriptia has demonstrated a high level of security in its processes and systems, which is fundamental in an increasingly complex and vulnerable digital environment. We are very proud to award them this certificate, recognising their efforts and commitment to information security”.
