More than 2,000 New Storage Positions for Casa Luker

AR Racking helps Casa Luker to optimise the logistics of its finished products and raw materials in Tenjo, Colombia.

The project included the installation of 2,157 new Drive Through and Selective Racking positions.

AR Racking has successfully completed a new warehousing project for Casa Luker, a leading company in the food and cleaning sector, located in Tenjo, Cundinamarca. The project consisted of the installation of 1,581 pallet racking positions and 576 Drive Through racking positions, covering a total area of 2,803.78 m² within the warehouse, providing a total of 2,157 new storage positions.

This new system will allow us to optimise our logistics and the handling of finished products and raw materials,’ commented Luis Miguel Lizarazo, Project Engineer at Casa Luker.

The system installed includes conventional single-deep pallet racking and Drive Through racking with 6 levels of beams, designed specifically for the efficient storage of finished products and raw materials. This project has been managed by Edwar Suescun, project manager at AR Racking, who has worked closely with the Casa Luker team to ensure that the system meets all the company’s specifications and needs.
