Since Spyro Software joined the Total Specific Solutions group in May 2020, the company has been growing annually with double-digit figures, thanks, among other aspects, to the good practices implemented and new product developments.

The technology company’s workforce has also been part of these good results, as Spyro has had a participative model for more than 20 years for 100% of its workforce, and in accordance with it, in January 2023 the employees received a bonus of 10% of their basic salary. He also highlights the fact that, despite high inflation in recent years, Spyro has maintained its policy of raising salaries by at least the CPI, as it has done for the past 38 years.

“It has been an intense two years, with many changes both in the market and within the company. On the one hand, we are committed to making our product known to new users and, on the other hand, we are working to have more engagement with those we already have,” said Ricardo González, manager of Spyro Software. He added that “the company is living a great moment with excellent results, but above all with an exciting future project for both customers and the entire Spyro team”.
