The Directors of the Technology Park of Bizkaia and Garaia Innovation Centre participate in the General Assembly of APTE in the Parc Tecnlògic i Agroalimentari of Lleida
The meeting, held on 14 and February 15 will be closed by the General Director of Technology Transfer and Business Development, Ministry of Science and Innovation
The directors of the Technology Park of Bizkaia, Txaber Ouro, and Garaia Innovation Centre, Andoni Gartzia, involving 14 and 15 February at the first General Assembly of APTE this year, to be held in Lleida, with the participation of other representatives of the parks association members, and representatives of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
The General Director of Technology Transfer and Business Development, Ministry of Science and Innovation, Margarita Segarra, will be responsible for close on 15 February this first general assembly of APTE, with a conference on the Innovation State Strategy 2011 news (e2i).
APTE is an active partner of the State Innovation Strategy; one of the challenges of the association for 2015 is to provide 10,000 new innovative enterprises, the 25% of the goal of e2i.
This new assembly is held in the Parc Tecnologic i Agroalimentari of Lleida, park established in 2005 by initiative of the University of Lleida and the city of the same locality. The main activity carried out in the park is based on the food industry, but also work in the fields of environment, renewable energy, ICT, health and biotechnology.
In addition, during this event will propose the admission of a new member of the association, the Orbital 40, Science and Technology Park of Terrasa. This new Technopole, which became an affiliate member of APTE, is an initiative of the consortium formed by the City of Terrasa, Leitat Technological Center and the Technical University of Catalonia.
