300 Global experts will be at ‘Nonick’ to discuss internet trends and the video games industry
This international conference will celebrate its 4th year on the 15th and 16th of June, organised by SPRI and eitb.com. Joshua Williams, a Senior Executive of Microsoft, will give the keynote address at Nonick •Bilbao will become the European capital of serious gaming, productivity and entertainment. For the 4th consecutive year, Nonick will incorporate the final of Start Up 2.0, a competition for new firms that use 2.0 technologies.

Nonick, the international conference on internet trends, organised by the Basque Government through the Group SPRI (Society for Competitive Change) and eitb.com will celebrate its 4th year on the 15th and 16th June in Bilbao.
Nonick hopes to unite 300 global experts in a gathering that will focus on “Gaming”, the video game industry and games for mobile platforms (smartphones and tablets), a sector in constant growth that last year was worth more than €60,000 million globally.
This year’s Nonick will have an exceptional speaker who will open proceedings – Joshua Williams, a Senior Technical Executive of Microsoft USA, who will speak on the increase of labour productivity in the video games and serious games sectors.
Joshua Williams has been part of Microsoft’s Software Development team for over 17 years. Throughout his career he has contributed to the development of various versions of Windows and Microsoft Office. He currently coordinates a team dedicated to the development of serious games as a way of improving productivity in the workplace.
