CIDETEC successfully passes the TISAX evaluation, adapting to the requirements of the automotive sector in terms of information security

The centre is at the forefront of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network (RVCTI).

CIDETEC has successfully passed the certification of the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) reference at its highest level of evaluation (AL3) and with the most demanding objectives by including both information security in the prototype phase and in the management of the associated data. TISAX is an international reference standard that incorporates the essential principles of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security standard, adapting them to the specific requirements of the automotive sector with the ultimate goal of guaranteeing the protection of information in the face of growing security threats.
By passing this assessment, CIDETEC has managed to integrate the requirements of TISAX within the scope of its Integrated Management System, positioning itself as a pioneer in the Basque Network of Science, Technology and Innovation (RVCTI) in obtaining this. This achievement reinforces CIDETEC’s commitment to excellence and security, accrediting to its clients the implementation of the most advanced practices in information security management, guaranteeing secure and reliable handling of information, and contributing to strengthening confidence in collaborations within the automotive industry.
