Innovation Ecosystems in Nature Reserves. The case of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve

Within the Summer Courses in Bilbao, GAIA, EHU-UPV, Bilbao Arte eta Kultura and berriTIC have organized the course Innovation Ecosystem Nature Reserves. The case of the Biosphere Reserve URDAIBAI.

Aims:
– To make known and understand the past, present and future of a Biosphere Serve (bearing in mind the fact that 2010 is the year of biodiversity)
– To cause high level discussions among those who are interested in analyzing the development of natural environments through innovation. Focusing on four areas: Industry, Culture, Tourism, Technology
– To analyze and exchange knowledge and best practices on the areas mentioned above.
– To generate interest in science, culture and industry and economy and science sectors as major activities areas.
