On 18 May, the Zamudio/Derio Campus of the Technology Parks hosted a new edition of Parkea Musik Fest, where there was a great festive atmosphere thanks to the performances of “Space Octopus”, “Lur Jota”, “Malatestta” and “Arde Marte”.

On the 25th of May, a year after hosting this event for the first time, the Vitoria-Gasteiz Campus once again vibrated with the music of “Black Nails”, “The Outfingers” and “Growing”.

The success of this year’s event has led the organisers to hold two complementary sessions at the Baserri Antzokia of the Zamudio/Derio Campus, which will take place on 15 and 22 June with the participation of the groups that were left out of the first session due to the impossibility of hosting them all in a single day.

The end of the 2023 edition of Parkea Musik Fest will take place at the Donosti Campus after the summer

More than 500 people have so far enjoyed a new edition of Parkea Musik Fest, which to date has been held on the Zamudio/Derio and Vitoria-Gasteiz Campuses of the Basque Technology Parks. This year’s edition will end at the end of the summer at the Donostia Campus, but in the meantime we can still enjoy the good music that will be offered in two special sessions that have been scheduled for 15 and 22 June at the Baserri Antzokia of the Zamudio/Derio Campus, given that the call for bands was such a success that it was impossible to accommodate them all in a single session.

Parkea Musik Fest is an initiative that arose from the “A Challenge for the Parke” programme to give visibility to the creative talent of the workers of the companies located on the different campuses of the Euskadi Technology Park, and to transform the workspace into a living ecosystem open to social and cultural experiences. It was launched in 2017 and is now in its eighth edition, with sessions held at the Donostia, Zamudio/Derio, Leioa and Vitoria-Gasteiz campuses.
