Vitoria-Gasteiz City Mayor visits CIC energiGUNE
- Javier Maroto showed his intention to open collaboration channer with the research center, which “brings an unquestionable value to the city and its green positioning”.
Javier Maroto, city Mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz visited the Energi Cooperative Research Centre, in Alava Technology Park, las Monday. He was very impressed by the research work developed at the Center and showed his pleasure with this work being done in Europe’s Green Capital 2012. The city Mayor annouced his intention to open collaboration channels with wich he designated as “Vitoria-Gasteiz reference project that provides evident value to the city and its green positioning”.
The Mayor, visited the premises guided by Jesús María Goiri, CIC energiGUNE’s General Director, knowing first hand the research lines in wich Center is working.
The Energi Cooperative Research Centre opened his doors in 2011 in the Alava Technology Park, with the aim of become an international benchmark in the field of energy, generating knowledge and developing technologies, with standards of excellence.
