MugiBIKE XL: Cycling to Vitoria-Gasteiz Campus on an e-bike could be free

We’re always on the lookout for sustainable and healthy ways to get to Vitoria-Gasteiz Campus.

You can now cycle along the cycle path from Vitoria-Gasteiz, and many of you are already making the journey to work by bike.

Not sure if this mode of transport is for you? To give it a try, we’ve joined Vitoria-Gasteiz’s new municipal electric bike initiative, MugiBIKE XL.

This initiative offers you the chance to have an electric bike for 3 months for your personal use, so you can discover this healthy way of getting around.

And if you make at least 8 trips a month between Vitoria-Gasteiz and Parke, we’ll subsidise the cost of the service.

You can sign up by filling in the form before 1 June. Places are limited.

MugiBIKE XL is the long-term rental option offered by Vitoria-Gasteiz’s municipal electric bike service. For a monthly fee of €29.90, you can use a bike as if it were your own, taking it home and charging it there. You can also charge it at Parke.

What does this plan include?

Personal, ongoing use: You have an electric bike at your disposal for up to 3 months.

Maintenance included: This covers repairs and maintenance on demand, which you can arrange directly via the mobile app.

Freedom of movement: It’s ideal for regular daily commutes, as it gives you the complete freedom of having your own bike and taking it wherever you need to go.
