The Basque Country Technology Park finalist in the Euskalit Marketing Best Practices Award

The Euskadi Technology Park has been shortlisted for the Euskalit Marketing Best Practices Award with the initiative ‘Intelligent segmentation and personalisation of services: enhancing the customer experience at Parke’. The presentation of the finalists took place at an event on the Zamudio/Derio Campus.

In this edition, the finalists were:

COLEGIO SAN PRUDENCIO. Customer treatment, from lead to loyalty, Customer Experience (CX)
EROSKI. Feed what you think: EROSKI’s content platform for healthy eating
OSI BARAKALDO SESTAO-OSAKIDETZA. Asma bat: raising awareness of the acute asthma care route among professionals and patients
BIZITEGI. Comprehensive Communication Strategy for the Homeless Film Festival Bilbao: Making social exclusion visible through the audiovisual and performing arts
BELLOTA. The power of influencer marketing to connect with the client
From among the finalists, the jury has selected the companies EROSKI and BELLOTA to represent the Basque Country in the CEX Award.

Although the nomination of the Euskadi Technology Park did not win the main prize, its nomination underlines its position as a leader in creating personalised experiences for its customers. The Euskadi Technology Park team remains committed to its mission to innovate and lead in the technology sector.
