About Fabrika:
Fabrika is a non-profit foundation that has promoted the first international High Performance Centre for Organisational Cultural Transition. It opened its doors in January 2023 and its purpose is to transform companies, through people, for a better society. It is a project promoted by ADEGI (Business Association of Gipuzkoa) and is currently working with many teams and organisations in different places.
